This might sound like a strange combination to some, but it is actually very healthy and mouthwatering.
The paprika and sesame seeds give this dish a twist, and the vinegar makes it sharp.

1 bunch baby spinach, rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces
2 cups sliced strawberries
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons grape vinegar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon sesame seeds / or pine nuts or pecans
In a bowl, toss together the spinach and strawberries.
In another bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika, sesame seeds. Pour over the spinach and strawberries, and toss to coat.
You can add avocados if you fancy … it’s a good way to change the recipe a bit if you think you’ll get bored of it as it is! Though I don’t think you’ll get bored of it’s mouthwatering taste .. yum yum!
