Looks like BlackBerry is on a roll in the production of Android phones because it looks like its third Android handset, named DTEK60, is coming soon. If BlackBerry were planning to make its unveiling a big surprise well, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) just spoiled it after filings got leaked.
However, the filings don’t give much information about the DTEK60. The upcoming BlackBerry Android is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. BlackBerry fans will be happy to know that a fingerprint sensor is present as well, which is a first for among the Android phones released by BlackBerry.
Furthermore, rumors say that it will also have a huge 5.5-inch QHD screen, a 21-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for great selfies.
Prior to showing up at FCC, BlackBerry also reportedly leaked the DTEK60’s specifications on its website earlier in the week.
As mentioned earlier, the DTEK60 will be BlackBerry’s third Android handset after the DTEK50 and the Priv.
