No, this is not a concert of Dominique Hourani, she was just a guest at a charity event that was held by Joe Ashkar for the children of Lebanon.
Both Dominique and Joe sang for the children, and of course the children were happy!
That is why today's children have no taste of music because they are getting exposed to 'classy' kind of music and songs from the very beginning and hey I'm just referring to one of the singers ;)!
These are photos of the Turkish actor who plays Eyad in the Turkish series Lahzat Wada3.
Thanks to Redd for the photos :)

Have you heard of the newest singer in the business, Mohammad Rifaat?
This guy has made his dream come true through being active on Facebook!
I've come across many singers who have launched their careers through YouTube and MySpace, but this is the first through Facebook!
Mohammad and his sister used technology to show the world his talent.

Do you think religion is one of the causes of wars?

Israel has begun its ground offensive in Gaza a few hours ago.
The situation in Gaza is terrible, no petrol or gas, the electricity has been cutoff throughout the strip, 700 rockets have already been fired inside the Gaza strip in the past two hours and the number of deaths is on the rise. (Around 500 until this moment)
Israel has called on 10.000 reservists to participate in the operations.
All reporters and international journalists have been asked to leave at once and some have even been forcefully driven out!
In spite of the tragic events in Gaza and despite the cancellation of most New Year's eve bashes across the Arab world, some stars thought it would be a better idea to go on with their concerts and sing the night away, ushering in 2009 with music and dancing!
Tamer Hosni was one of those who opted to go ahead and perform.
Tamer held a bash, that went on until the wee hours of the morning, at the Semiramis hotel in Cairo.
That same night, in City Stars, Assi Hilani, Dina Hayek and Jannat partied 2008 away!!

Aside from dogs I also love cats. Next to dogs, cats are very affectionate creatures that deserve to be cared for. Being an animal lover, I can’t help feeling outraged and sorry for the three kittens that were put up for sale on the internet. It’s not so much as the kittens being for sale; the dreadful thing was they were treated cruelly! They were advertised as “pure black, tailless, pierced, gothic kitten.” Imagine tailless and pierced! I can’t help thinking their tails might have been removed on purpose and those painful piercings done on their delicate bodies.

Could you guess who this is?

We hope this year will bring peace to the world, because that's something we don't have enough of! God knows the world and it's peoples need more peace and tranquility.
Here's my advice to all you out there, something that we should all follow in 2009, maybe this should be our resolution this time around:
Whine less, Breathe more
Talk less, Say more
Hate less, Love more
and all good things ...
Happy New Year 2009
